HiHlo – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at HiHlo strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations and refunds are required. Please review the following policy carefully.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription plans. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be considered within 15 days of purchase if no significant usage is detected.
- Promotional or Discounted Plans: These are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Monetized Services
For purchases like fan subscriptions, tips, or premium content, all transactions are final and non-refundable. Creators are responsible for delivering promised content.
Processing of Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact support@hihlo.com for assistance.
